About the Relationship Manager position

The Relationship Manager is ultimately responsible for making sure that Gravyty’s customers in their portfolio are consistently supported while using the product and have a transformative experience using AI to fundraise.

Relationship Manager Responsibilities

  • Help educate and train customers
  • Drive adoption and usage of Gravyty
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to ensure all customer needs are being met and that they have an amazing experience with Gravyty
  • Exercise personal judgment to relay feedback to Gravyty team and follow up accordingly
  • Support and lead the onboarding of new customer accounts to ensure strong initial and lasting adoption and success
  • Schedule and perform product training sessions

Relationship Manager Requirements

2-3 years of relevant experience in fundraising and/or customer success

Experience in nonprofit market strongly encouraged

You love people and have a proven ability to build strong and lasting relationships

Familiarity working with clients of all sizes

Detail oriented and analytical

Experience with nonprofit technology encouraged (e.g. Blackbaud, Salesforce, Ellucian, Abila, ROI Solutions)

Flexibility for travel up to 30%
